What does this mean?

Wondering how to display a beaded bead? This right angle weave (RAW) rope is narrow enough to fit through the hole of a beaded bead, but is still strong and supple. It feels soft and fluid, just like a gold or silver chain.
This project requires the following materials:
Japanese seed beads; clasp; French wire; beading wire; jump rings. Please see project for complete materials list.
This project required the following techniques and tools:
Tools Required: beading needles, wire cutters, needle nose pliers, flat chain nose pliers
Techniques Used : Right angle weave
