What does this mean?

Create a seed bead choker in two pieces, one loomed and one off-loomed. The piece around your neck is created with 2-needle ladder stitch and bugle beads, while the front triangle is created on the loom. This project requires that you know how to use a beading loom.
This project requires the following materials:
Beading thread; iridescent bugle beads; seed beads; clasp; ultrasuede. Please see project for complete materials list.
